Draw Schedule

All borrowers are required to complete a draw schedule in our format using either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. 

Please email the completed draw schedule to Cathy Abbott. If you are requesting an appraisal, you must also include the fully executed sales contract.  Appraisals will not be ordered until both the draw schedule and sales contract have been received.

Option 1: Microsoft Excel

1. Download the excel file below.
2. Edit the file and rename it using the following format: YourName_PropertyAddress_DrawSchedule.xlsx
3. Email the completed file along with your sales contract.

Option 2: Google Sheets

If you do not have access to Excel, you may use Google Sheets:

1. Click HERE to access the Google Sheets version.
2. Follow the sharing instructions provided at the top of the sheet.
3. Email the share link along with your sales contract.
